A Victorian Mahogany Library chair by Gillows of Lancaster stamped with their mark L8064 dating it to the 1870's.  An excellent desk or writing table chair.

FEATURES

• Brass close nailed green leather upholstery to seat and back
• Turned detailing to back frame and carved detail to top rail of chair back
• Finely turned stretchers and front legs
• Original porcelain wheeled castors to front legs
• Frame stamped to the front underside with Gillows mark L8064
